The lake level held near 11 percent of capacity, and anglers reported another tough week. A few locals described doing well using vertical spoons, jigs, and shaky heads. Most of the bass went deep, and anglers spent a lot of time searching for schools of bass with their electronics. Bass also held on main lake points and near rocky structure. One angler reported catching better-quality bass while using 10” ribbon tail worms near the trees. Catfish went for cut sardines, dip bait, and chicken liver, and trout anglers worked hard for bites using Powerbait, minijigs, and Roostertails.
