We have two reports: "El Chino," a local charter out of Ensenada, reported yellowtail (11) at the Punta Banda Bank. And our regular report came in from the "Reel Adventure," landing 4 nice yellows at the north point of Todos Santos Island, yo-yoing with 6X and 7X Salas and Sumos ... heavy lures. The yellowtail are starting to bite closer to the surface with a few still at 200 feet, but others at 80 feet.
