The upper lake saw lots of action this past week. Trout were stocked on Oct. 31 which really helped fishing from the shore.

Fishermen are catching Stripers on small swimbaits and crank baits. Out on the lake you'll find that anchovies and sardines are working at 40 ft. in the water column. The best locations are buy Kong Island and the buoy line. Largemouth are still biting on nightcrawlers and roboworms in the back of coves.
