"Good morning folks," wrote Red Rooster III skipper Andy Cates June 5. "Yesterday we finished off with about the same as the day before, with 27 tuna and 25 wahoo. No life in the evening and nothing caught after 3:00 in the afternoon. Biggest fish yesterday was a 195 caught by Thad Peach. No prize yesterday but today we are giving away a Boss reel from Accurate for the biggest tuna. So far Thad has it with 170-pounder caught this morning. I can't say it looks very good here this morning. Only three fish caught and we don't see the sign. No sign of bait here last night. We caught one flyer, the only one we saw.
"The Bank fell apart today," he added later, "and we left to head inside. We got three tuna and 15 wahoo. Thad Peach won the Boss reel."
