Bluefin Sank Out
6-7-2011
Bill Roecker
"Little to report," said the note from Royal Polaris June 5. "Saw one small spot of Bluefin that went down before we got to it, and had a kelp with about 25 eight to 10-pound Yellowtail. We released them all and have been headed south. We are hoping for Albacore by the end of the trip, as conditions looked excellent. Tomorrow will be a kelp patty day in which we are hoping to find 18 to 20-pound Yellowtail. Wish us luck."
