Fish Report for 6-30-2023
Aqueduct fishing has been great
6-30-2023
Chad Burton and Chris Borden
Aqueduct fishing has been great and striper anglers fooled fish with a variety of baits and lures. Bait anglers did well with cut sardines, jumbo live minnows, and lugworms soaked after check gates. Lure tossers landed line sides with jerkbaits, Flukes on a jig head, and glide baits. The most productive time for lure anglers has been in the mornings and evenings. Catfish anglers reported excellent fishing with Triple S dip bait, chicken liver, and cut baits. Anglers soaked their offerings after check gates and near outtake grates. Largemouth fell for drop shot flukes, stick baits, and jerkbaits. Some bass anglers reported a good topwater bite as the sun came up.
