Fly and Field Outfitters
The Metolius is still running a bit high but fishing has been good. Nymphing has been good and golden stones, two-bits, nitro-caddis, rainbow warriors and eggs have been some recent top flies. BWO’s, caddis, and PMDs will be the main hatches out there right now so make sure you don’t forget the dry fly box at home. Large streamers for bulls is always a good idea as are some of the balanced baitfish we have in the shop and large balanced leeches. The warm weather coming up should get the bugs excited and I would expect surface activity to pick up next week.
