Fish Report for 10-28-2022
Incredible bite finally showed signs of slowing down
10-28-2022
Chad Burton and Chris Borden
Kaweah held at 6 percent of capacity, and the incredible bite finally showed signs of slowing down. Numerous anglers still reported more than 10 spotted bass in a single fishing secession. Bass took drop shot, Ned rigs, and Neko rigged soft plastics in 10 to 25 feet of water. They also fell for deep diving shad imitation crankbaits and the occasional topwater lure. Crappie ate small live minnows and minijigs tipped with crappie nibbles, and catfish fell for chicken liver and cut anchovies.
