6-11-2021
Mountain Hardware & Sports
Boca Reservoir currently has a great kokanee bite around the dam in 50 feet of water. The size of the Kokanee are larger than Stampede’s Kokanee, averaging around 10-12 inches in size. Anglers should use any of their favorite kokanee setups with shoepeg corn on the hook. Anglers trolling trout should use small rapalas, speedy shiners, and small kastmasters. Shore fishing is currently doing best off the dam and the westside of the reservoir. Anglers shore fishing should stick to worms, eggs, or powerbait.
Boca Reservoir is currently at 50% capacity.
