We on board the Shogun would like to thank our lucky star once again, the fishing and the weather were outstanding again today. There was a responsive school of tuna early, and not 20 minutes later we found another cooperative spot. And so went the day. This afternoon we had a great stop again for dozens of beautiful yellowfin tuna. Many fish above 70#, and several look like they will go triple digits. As the sun set we said good bye to Guadalupe Island and head toward fishing grounds closer to home where we will finish up the 6 day trip.
