A new day and new opportunities for the Shogun. The day started out with a spot of tuna swimming with black dolphins, the school stayed with us for most of the morning. We continued to pick away at the fish throughout the day. Can't say that there are any fish over 100# but several are in the ball park, we'll have to wait for the scale at the dock. All fish were hooked fishing sardine either straight fly line or fished under the kite or balloon. Oh, one tuna was landed on fly lined dead squid. Squid fishing was quite tough under the full moon but the tuna don't seem to mind the night light. We all hope for similar action again tomorrow. Today was a good day for us here at Guadalupe Island.
