Today at Cedros was scratch fishing. We sacrificed quantity for quality. A beautiful grade of yellowtail, from 25-35# hit the Shogun decks. The day started out windy but gradually calmed to another gorgeous day. Right now its after 9pm, light breezes are warm, t-shirt weather. The seas are so calm that at anchor it feels like were back at the dock. We managed to put some mackerel in the tanks and who knows, tomorrow we might bust loose on those big yellows!

Fishing for a living,

This has been a good start to our offshore fishing season, Norman plans to give...... Read More
