"Good morning folks," wrote Red Rooster III skipper Andy Cates December 1, "We left the (Hurricane) Bank yesterday after a slow day with just eight wahoo and one tuna. We did finally get a chance at a big one that almost spooled the Kite gear, but it broke off. We are going to look at Clarion. If we see signs, great, if not we will continue in and be at Puerto Vallarta Sunday morning. That will give us three days and a morning to try for big ones. The weather is finally better and??the ride is nice."
