"The most common question asked since last fall," wrote American Angler skipper Brian Kiyohara December 1, "is whether or not those big fish will show up at the lower banks. Today we were lucky enough to be in the right place at the right time and had the opportunity to catch a few. What we saw today was the real deal. We stopped on spots of scattered cows where it was straight big fish showing on the stern. We were able to land three fish: a 181, 221 and a 232, but the sign that we saw today was as good as we have seen in years past.

"For those people that are hanging on the fence as far as booking a big fish trip, they??might want to think about calling soon. We don't want to come off as a salesman but we are merely calling it as we see it.

"It seems like we often brag about our passengers but once again we call it as we see it. Sliding into one of the spots of big fish Chris Rydgren hooked a fish and without hesitation handed it over to his Uncle Larry Bolan. ??Chris eventually got the utmost satisfaction as he was an integral part of Larry landing his 232 pound yellowfin tuna [he is shown behind??his Uncle in the night time shot]. Without a doubt the unselfishness that our passengers possess is a major contribution to our success."
