The highlight reel is mighty short today. What a let down. Abundant sign of fish suggested a far better day coming than this turned out to be. But of course that is fishing. We did see them just about all day long everywhere we weren't. It was that kind of fishing. Almost as soon as we would move to an area where we were seeing them consistently they would disappear, then reappear, exactly where we departed from; the joke being on us. Nothing new in this chapter though; we've seen it, lived it, and written about it plenty of times before. Into the new day tomorrow still optimistic about the sign of fish and conditions. The weather and sea state is superb, doesn't get any better, and time is still on our side. One now can only pray that these fish will get back on the program touring the shallows in forage mode.
