12/27/13 We traveled down in nice weather. After yesterday's festivities we started to get a little bit accomplished today by putting reels on rods and removing some of the clutter from the deck. The general mood is one of controlled excitement as we tick the miles off towards our ultimate destination. The real rigging will start tomorrow as we prepare for whatever opportunities come our way. 12/26/13 Today we got an early start to our after Christmas 12 day trip. With a full load of cured sardines and flat calm weather we are making our way towards warmer climes and hopefully fun fishing. We have a great group onboard who took full advantage of the free time and unwound after their holiday festivities. More miles of travel are in our future. I will report accordingly. Brian......
