A long slog up the line was time and effort well invested. Forty seven additional bluefin now reside fresh in our RSW tanks
promising a level of quality to be enjoyed by these fortunate anglers who earned every one through pure time and effort at
the rail. Never a hot and heavy affair the key today was exactly that - time, effort, and grit soaking bait after bait
waiting for one's number to come up.

What really made the occasion for all of us was the overall quality that included a dozen to fifteen beauties in the 60 - 65#
class while the remainder, aside from a couple of handfuls of "mini giants", were in a solid thirty five to forty pound
class. This was exactly what we aimed for, exactly what we needed, to propel this run into the coveted category of
exceptional success. Quantity, quality, and variety, in both scenery and species landed, were nailed to the satisfaction and
appreciation of everyone joining this effort.

With the conditions and options we had to work with it is an achievement worthy of recognition. Everyone on this voyage made
it happen through a solid fishing effort and great attitudes. We are grateful as such. Now to maintain the momentum. On to
the next run, the second annual Izorline sponsored six day, departing tomorrow with both Captain Randy Toussaint and I on
board. Along with our seasoned crew of Steve Gregonis, Paul Caramao, and Jimmy Merrill we are ready to again make it happen.

Photos today feature a father and son sequence of sixteen year old Texas native Chris Addison and his forty pound class
bluefin tuna, then his dad Chris who nailed this sixty five pound dandy to clinch a jackpot second place as a gift to himself
on his 44th birthday. Congratualtions!
