We went looking for action today and action we found. We started off with a two hour bite on 18 - 25 pound yellows. Anglers had their choice of bait or jigs, and were on almost instantly. I have no pictures of these yellows as it was an all hands affair getting them onboard and chilled for the ride back to San Diego. Our flat calm sea state continues here, which makes everything we do that much more enjoyable. Our fishing today was a slow scratch on quality tuna and yellowtail. Having done this for a couple of days, we are now ready for a change of pace and will be fishing in a different area tomorrow. Two photos today, first Gary Tsunoda shows off a 59 pound yellowtail.
