Fish Report for 8-27-2008
Today we covered miles and miles of historically productive water. As sometimes happens when searching for something new, we had a very slow day. Our weather was good and this group of anglers took the day in stride.
We will be at the dock tomorrow at 0630.

8-26-2008Our quest for tuna started off on the slow side as we were able to find them but not get them to bite. Just before lunch we got a good show and got a couple of handfuls. Our afternoon was more of the same. All show and no go. We finished our day with some quality yellows, mostly 30-35 #. We will be prospecting offshore tomorrow....... Read More

Today was an extremely enjoyable day of fishing. We started out with a night bite on yellows from 25-35# with a few standouts to 47. The mackerel bit for us to supplement our bait supply. Then we had steady fishing for 15-22# yellows till we had enough. All of this happened in great weather. What more could you ask for? We are currently switching gears and will be concentrating on tuna for the rest of the trip....... Read More
