Fish Report for 7-30-2004
We finished up the trip this morning with a nice bite on tuna and yellows. We are presently enjoying a nice ride up the line and should be in by 0800 tomorrow. We leave on another four day so look for reports to resume on the 1st. Pictures from this trip should be posted by the 2nd as we have been having trouble sending them in via satellite

We started our annual Phillip's Steel four day in the local albacore zone today and enjoyed a nice scratch on beautiful 25-40lb fish. It was great when this fish bit full speed earlier this season but I must say that angling to get a bite like we did today was a lot more fun. By the way, the fluorocarbon leaders were lethal. We are traveling down this afternoon and hope to mix it up tomorrow with some different species. The weather...... Read More
