There is a running joke amongst our fleet that whenever Captain Toussaint takes the helm the weather flattens out and the fish come up and bite. As amazing as it seems, the joke is actually somewhat legitimate with Randy's timing proving uncanny on so many past occasions. We finally had a chance to do a little fishing from a stopped boat yesterday enjoying a fine afternoon of scratch angling on nice grade yellowtail.
