The fishing for Salmon was good for some and slow for others at the east edge of the Soquel Hole. The best area was at 36'52/121'56 in 200-250 feet of water. Most of the Salmon came on the troll using Krippled Anchovies, Watermelon Krocodiles, Blue Kajikis, and Watermelon Apexes. The fish were caught from 80-120 feet down. The Albacore water was windy today but luckily I have some commercial friends giving me reports. The fish were caught at 36'36/122'46. One boat had 12 and a Dorado and the other had 7 and is still fishing. It looks like the water is going to settle Sunday so you may want to make a run. The Rockcod fishing was great at Ano Nuevo. The few Halibut that I heard of came from Capitola.

We found jumpers at 36'42/122'31 but they...... Read More
