The fish at Big Hilton on Crowley Lake are on the bite

Crowley Lake Fish Camp
The fly fishing has continued to be pretty good this past week, I was not able to get out because of some back problems. My friends who did fish
did pretty good along the drop offs in Big Hilton. It seems the water was quite a bit cleaner in Big Hilton compared to the North Arm. They were anchored up in 10 to 11 feet of water fishing Copper Tigers, Albino Barons, and either a black or red leach pattern on top. The fish in Big Hilton are kind of mixed in size, there are some nice fish, but you will have to sort
through some of the small stockers also. The North Arm was pretty green this past week, but keep an eye on it. If the water clears up, the fish will get going again.
