The fishing on the inshore was good for the anglers who fished the inshore. The Halibut was decent near the Lighthouse to Capitola in 45-60 feet of water. The Salmon were caught near Capitola in 80-100 feet of water down 40-70 feet. The Salmon are running from 8-22 pounds and are being caught on the troll and the mooch. The Soquel Hole had some wind on it today so it was not a good day for Salmon there. The Rockcod bite has been great at South Rock with anglers getting limits. The Albacore water was windy so it was hard to get any reports. There were scores of 5-13 fish caught yesterday so the bite is on and the fish are here! The Weather Buoy is 58 degrees you may want to try starting there. The weather looks the best for Tuesday.
