Cabo Climate: A mostly sunny and clear week with a few passing clouds that increased as the week progressed. Temps ranged from 63 nights to 90 daytime highs throughout the area.

Sea Conditions: Overall, it's been a good week on the water with the ever-changing currents pushing down the Sea of Cortez side and bringing warmer waters that extended from the shore and out to the south for 20 miles and then out to the SE forever, increasing the temps to a solid 74 degrees. Pacific side ranged from 68-70 from the Golden Gate Bank, down to Jaime Bank, in toward the beach, wrapping Cabo San Lucas to San Jose at the temp break.

Best Fishing Area: There is still good tuna fishing out to the south of Cabo at about 35 miles or so but the opportunities for billfish and yellowfin tuna are better at the 1150 fathom spot and on out to the Cabrillo Sea Mount on the Sea of Cortez side of Cabo.

Best Lure/Bait: Live bait is still the key to success for the billfish, although, a few more marlin are being taken on the artificials in the warmer waters. The tuna have been doing well on the cedar plugs and the multi-colored tuna feathers.

Live Bait Supply: Remains good, even with the full moon conditions.
