More big Stripers were caught this week, than last week at Castaic Lake

The dam has been a great place to throw swimbait through most of the week. Multiple 10 lb. plus fish have been caught. Besides the dam, C Point has also been a good spot to catch the Stripers using flukes or top water spooks.

Smallmouth bass were also featured this last week at Lake Castaic. The smallies were active if you were throwing crankbaits. So it was a good week to fish at Lake Castaic.
