Water Temperature: At surface 52.26 f., 6.05 D.O. @ 20' 50.08. f., 5.26 D.O.
Water Level: Low level, private water craft are currently banned.

In order to protect Wohlford from invasive exotic Quagga mussels, there is still a temporary ban on private water craft and equipment that could have been exposed to mussels. Restricted equipment includes private boats, canoes, kayaks, float tubes, trolling motors, fish finders, anchors, and other equipment that contacts the water.

Lake Wohlford is offering $20 all day motorboats to seniors on Tuesdays and Thursdays and to active military on the first and third Saturdays of each month. Half day Bass boats are available Mon-Thurs for 35$ each.

The Trout fishing has been decent, but should improve with Wednesdays plant. Adam Robere of Valley Center had the largest trout of the past week at 7.45#s caught on a nightcrawler at the East Buoys. Jessica Sarabia of Escondido came in second with her 5.45# rainbow caught on orange powerbait on Senior Shoreline. Senior Shoreline and Willow Cove have been the best locations. Salmon eggs, mouse tails, and inflated nightcrawlers are the top baits.

We are still waiting on the Largemouth Bass to move into shallower waters.
