Water Conditions: Poor bit the flows steady for several weeks at 23cfs as of 12/15.
Fishing Conditions and Hatches: Good and good fishing continues despite low flows. Fish are going to be stacked in the deepest water they can find at this point. Mostly small midges and mayflies subsurface but good top bite midday most days.

DRIES: Parachute Adams #16-#18, Elk Hair Caddis #18, CDC Baetis Dun #16-#18, Extended Body BWO #18
NYMPHS: Two Bit Hooker #18, Hunchback Two Tone Baetis #18, Split Case BWO #16-#18, Juju Baetis #18, WD-40 Black #18-#20, Disco Midge #18, Zebra Midge Red #18, Nitro Caddis #16-#18, FB Pheasant Tail #16-#18
STREAMERS: Dead Drift Crayfish, Docs Twin Lakes Special, Jawbreaker Orange, Dynes Crawfish, Meat Whistle Crawdad

Pleasant Valley Reservoir: Water is cold so the rule of thumb at Pleasant Valley Reservoir is "deep dark and slow"
Owens River: Excellent fishing on the Lower Owens, fish midges early until the sun hits the water then Baetis
East Walker River (CA): The East Walker has a better catch rate than typical for this time of year
