Stripers and Largemouth are active at Lake Castaic

Striper action along the buoy line has been great, between 6:45 to 8:30 AM. Boaters are reporting nothing but jumping fishat that time. Kastmasters and Flukes have been the best bait.
Largemouth have been on the chew at Firebreak & Utopia Coves and at the Fish arm. The largemouth bite has been the best in the morning hours to about 8:30 AM. The late afternoon, 5:00 to 6:45 has salso been good for the largies.
