Channel Islands Sportfishing

With all this warm water rolling in fast the seabass and squid are still sticking around. The Mirage returned today from a 2 day trip with filled sacks and happy anglers. They scored 17 calico bass, 2 flat fish, 2 day limits of big outer island cod, over 200 fat ocean whitefish along with a handful of lingcod, sculpin and sheephead. The Pacific Islander returned from an overnight trip with limit style outer island cod fishing along with a nice variety of sheephead, sole, whitefish, calico and cabezon. Our full day boats are still hitting the shallow water hard. The Island Tak had limits of calicos while the Cobra put the steel to a nice yellowtail and a white seabass. The Aloha Spirit also scored a couple seabass followed up by a nice Channel Islands halibut and a good score of rockfish. The Gentleman was on a ¾ day trip today and stayed shallow for 39 calico bass, 95 rockfish along with a handful of sculpin and sheephead.  The Speed Twin was on their extended ½ day run and ended the day with solid cod and whitefish counts along with a variety of sculpin, lingcod and sheephead. Overall the fishing is awesome and the weather is great. Call the landing today to book your spot or simply reserve online. LETS GO FISHING!
