Let The Good Fishing Roll

Channel Islands Sportfishing

A lot to talk about here at the beautiful Channel Islands. The Mirage is returning from a 2 day limited load trip with full sacks and happy anglers. They scored 14 white seabass, a handful of outer island flat fish, nice sheephead counts, limits of big rockfish and a nice count of lingcod. The Pacific Islander was on an overnight trip putting the steel to 3 seabass, limits of cod and a nice count of lingcod and cabezon. Our full day boats were out on a shallow water-fishing mission. Between the Sea Jay, Island Tak and Cobra there were 45 white seabass, 4 halibut, a grumpy home guard yellow and countless calico bass. The Erna B and Gentleman were ¾ day trips putting some time in searching for bottom dwellers, calico bass, sand bass and even a few Spanish macs came out to play. The Speed Twin is on fire with the sculpin putting 28 of these tasty fish in the sacks along with a few lings and a solid ½ day rockfish count. Overall the fishing is great and the variety even better. Call the landing today to book your spot or simply reserve online. Now LETS GO FISHING!
