With awesome sunny weather there is no better time to fish the beautiful Channel Islands. The Sea Jay skippered by Captain John Fuqua was the super star today with a grand slam for his 12 anglers. Yellowtail, halibut and white seabass all hit the deck of the Sea Jay today. To sweeten the deal John also provided a limit of tasty rockfish on top of the exotics. Our full day boats the Pacific Islander and Seabiscuit had solid cod counts with the Seabiscuit putting the steel to an outer island white seabass. The Erna B and Gentleman were on a ¾ day trip today fishing deep on a cod fishing mission. They both had solid rockfish counts along with a handful of lingcod, sculpin, calico bass and ocean whitefish. The Speed Twin was also hitting the bottom hard putting a nice variety of rockfish, lingcod, ocean whitefish and a nice load of 45 tasty sculpin. Overall the fishing is great and so is the weather. Call the landing today to book your spot or simply reserve online. LETS GO FISHING!
