When the Anglers are "Dead Tired" You Know It Was a Good Day Fishing

7-7-2011
Bill Roecker

"Fishing today would be described with using every superlative you might wish to use," wrote Frank LoPreste aboard his Royal Polaris July 5. "We found a school at about 08:30 hours, and never moved the rest of the day. We caught full limits of Yellowfin tuna from 45 to 85 pounds. We did have a sprinkling of 15 to 25 pound fish also. It was a sensational day and our anglers are dead tired. We will give it a go tomorrow and then head it for the barn."
