Hello Anglers,

We arrived at our area around 0430 and shut down until daylight. When the horizon started to get light we had a little flurry for 7 albacore 18 to 25 pounds. We trolled around after dayligh and had steady srtops for any where from 4 to 15 bait fish out of each stop and the fish were all the same grade as we caught in the morning. at 1130 we started for home and called it a trip. Very nice ocean for us today so it will make for a nice ride home. We should arrive at Fisherman's Landing at 0600 tomorrow morning. . Reported by: Shawn Steward

Arrived in the albacore area

Hello Anglers,

Today we arrived in the albacore area at around 1200 and picked up 45 albies right as we crossed the temperature break we were looking for. We worked the break all day and picked up a few bluefin along with steady action on the albacore to go with it.The only kelp that we saw we picked up 15 keeper yellowtail and left them biting to look for bluefin. Concentrate on yellowtail

Today we fished on the ridge to concentrate on yellowtail or try to get a grouper. We got anchored up around 0200 and had high hopes of getting some yellows in the dark but all we caught was barracuda and released a couple of black sea bass.
