Hello Anglers,
We swung out towards the albacore area on our way down to the Rocks and fished the albie area until 1100. There were a few spots of jumpers of mixed up bluefin and albacore around which we stopped on a few times. We picked up 60 Albacore and 13 Bluefin from 24 to 37 pounds. We traveled down towards the rocks the rest of the day and the weather was very nice for us. The pictures that I am sending are of Glenn Evans with a Albacore he caught on a flylined sardine and the second is of Don Sutherland who is having a Bluefin brought over by crewmember Mark Hicks. Our ETA to the rocks looks to be around 0900 and we will check in with you all tomorrow. Reported by: Shawn Steward
