PACKED TO THE GILLS (121810)!!! Well, you knew we'd get enough fish on the last day to fill every freezer on the boat (and we did it Micheal Ballard style), and we could have done it much sooner without the cut offs. More fish today around 180 and ironically when Roy called off the tuna fishing they were biting hard and heavy. He didn't make the call until after they spent about 20 minutes rearranging the RSW so they could squeeze just one more in. After that there was still a little flat space for a few Wahoo and we picked some of them up also. What a trip this has been. Every day, everybody, was hooking up multiple times with quality fish. I can't imagine any one on board would have wanted more fish. Bigger fish maybe, but 4 fish over 200 would be a great trip even without all the 80-180 pounders. We ended the trip early. With great weather we could have fished until late tomorrow morning but 1. We don't have any place to put them, and 2. Weather though currently fine, is very likely to change according to the forecast. Yeah, we may get our butts kicked a little on the way home but we've got plenty of time to get there and there are nothing but satisfied anglers on board. It's going to be one happy trip home! POEM FOR THE DAY: The Mackerel's dad was irate "Stop your partying and staying up late Quit being a fool Pay attention in school Or else you'll just wind up as bait."

If you would like to go fishing with us please BOOK ONLINE or call (619) 226-8092 to get in on the action.
