Puerto Morelos Fish Report
1-7-2010

Another fun fishing week in the tropics of Puerto Morelos, that
produced more of the ongoing mixed catches for this area. The fleet,
reporting in for 13 days fished, reflected 17 Atlantic barracuda, 9
grouper, 1 king mackerel, 2 yellowfin tuna, 8 red snapper, 16 bonito,
1 amberjack and 5 triggerfish for their efforts.
PM Climate: Mostly cloudy but warm days and evenings, with temps
from 61 nights to 79 daytime highs.
Sea Conditions: Stable temps at 82 degrees and clear water prevails
throughout the area.
Best Bait: Continues to be the rigged and un-rigged ballyhoo,
(locally caught)
