The fish are starting to move and we’re seeing fish at the state boat ramp

The fish are starting to move and we’re seeing fish at the state boat ramp, Howard Creek, Targhee Creek, and Staley.  The technique that’s been most effective is slow, stripping balanced leeches.  As it gets cooler, the fishing will only improve.
