The Box has been fishing consistently

Mike Lawson

The Box has been fishing consistently. We are now past labor day, so the recreational floaters are pretty much gone. The weather is cooler, so the water conditions are better. The guides are catching plenty of fish on small size #18 zebra midges in brown and red. Perdigones of any variety work well here. We do the best with the size # olive Spanish bullet quill. You can also do well with smaller size 8 and 10 pat’s rubberlegs.
