Dogtown Reservoir Report

Arizona Game & Fish Department
Only boats with a single electric motor are allowed on Dogtown. No gas-powered motors. The limit is 2 bass minimum size 13 inches, the limit is 4 trout. Anglers have been successful with #10-12 black-bead headed Wooly Buggers, small lures, and bait fished off the bottom. Warmwater species like black crappie, bluegill, and largemouth bass are active. Surface temperature 74.79 F, pH 8.23, D.O. 7.42 mg/l on 8/22/2024. The Arizona Game and Fish Department Region 2 Aquatic Wildlife Program conducted a routine electrofishing survey of Dogtown Lake on 7/22/2024. Below is a table summarizing the results of the survey.
