The Upper Deschutes is fishing fair

5-24-2024
Fly and Field Outfitters

The Upper Deschutes is fishing fair. We have heard a mixed bag of initial reports with some anglers reporting good days and others reporting slow days. The ones reporting good days have been fishing small streamers, jig leeches, two-bits and eggs. Green Drakes will be on the menu soon up there so having some dries in the box is a good idea. Don’t forget your bug spray as the mosquitos up there can be pretty thick.
