A long, easy day of travel mixing in a few stops for variety along the way. Other than a sandwich fish or two the effort was fruitless. But the effort was worth while. Wetting a few lines and mixing in some beautiful scenery does wonders for the psyche by breaking up the ride. Onward and upward bluefin are foremost on our mind tomorrow and Saturday. The proverbial icing on the cake we’ll see if the fish gods continue to show us favor.
Today’s image features ultra Royal Star legend and friend Jeff Cox with my son Duke and Jeff’s stellar, surface iron caught, premium grade Alijos yellowtail.
If you would like to go fishing with us please BOOK ONLINE or call (619) 224-4764 to get in on the action.
