Though prepared for a long day of fish watching it is still psychologically taxing to have opportunity after opportunity result in nada. That said we took the slow day in stride enjoying calm seas that lended huge to everyone catching up on their rest following a long night. When crunch time came in the eleventh and a half hour some good fortune closed the voyage on a banner note. A great shot at 90-120 pound bluefin had us all hopping to make the most from the best opportunity of the voyage. And we certainly did. Finely tuned over many years of angling together these anglers had a grand time practicing their craft. Supremely satisfied with the result we called this one a success headed home in triumph.
