A whole lot of effort produced satisfying results in the form of both day and nighttime fishing for quality bluefin tuna. All mixed up in size the one constant was nigh every stop produced at least a few chances at 90-150# bluefin. Just what we were seeking the reward did not come without real dedication to the cause. Chill, wind, rain, and sloppy seas extracted some grit from these hearty anglers. Not strangers to the ocean's penchant for delivering misery all suited up for the conditions and absorbed them with smiles and stoicism. Ready for the final day tomorrow we'll see how things shape up. Photo today features yet another So Cal fishing and Royal Star veteran from days of old, Chris Hendrickson with his dandy 120 pound class bluefin tuna landed daytime on the flyline.
