Day Five Fishing On The Ridge
11-4-2022
Royal Polaris Crew
Well our weather is still up and down, and mean we are going up and down. We had 15-20 knots most of the day, but we did get a brief low in our weather for about two hours.
That didn’t stop our anglers from having a great day on the water.
Today would be our best day for the trip, so far. We would end getting 60 yellowfin tuna, 67 Dorado, 13 Wahoo. Most of the Yellowfin were in the 12-15 pound, with a few in the 20-25 pound range.
The Wahoo were all good size, with the largest going around 60 pounds.
We are now headed north, hopefully we can find some good Yellowtail action, before heading north to the Bluefin grounds.
This has been a rough trip so far, but things are starting to look up for team R/p. So until fingers and keyboard meet again, wish us luck
