Day Three. First day of fishing. Well let’s put it like this. It was a very tough first day, the weather was good, conditions, good. But the Taxman was not very nice today. Once we arrive to the rocks, we started getting 20-40 pound yellowfin tuna, and the bite was a slow pick. The kite was producing, and as fast as you would hook a fish, the sharks were on you. So after lunch, we took our loses and headed to the other bank. Conditions were good, but the bite for Yellowtail was slow. We did manage a few Groupers and jumbos potintise. Not sure if that’s the way to spell it, but that’s it. Koi got one that’s close to 10 pounds. We had a few in the 4-7 pound range also. Koi’s is close to the record, but we will find out tomorrow, once we talk to the office. We made a tank of bait, and we are hopping the Yellowtail will show sometime durning the night. So until tomorrow, wish us luck.
