Puerto Morelos Fish Report- The Marina El Cid, Cancun to Cozumel Area

Armando Gutierrez, reporting in for the Marina El Cid Fleet at Puerto
Morelos, reported for 8 fishing days that reflected 1 blue marlin, 1
sailfish, 1 wahoo, 1 yellowfin tuna, 3 king mackerel, 2 bonito, 1
dorado, 3 red snapper and 2 barracuda. Another good variety week for
this area, but like the other areas, lacks anglers.
PM Climate: Mostly cloudy with temps from 74 nights to 90 daytime
highs, and a bit on the humid side.
Sea Conditions: Overall, very good, light surface breezes and temps
at 84 degrees throughout the area.
Best Bait/Lure: Continues to be the ballyhoo, both rigged and unrigged.

We just received the following fishing report from the Marina El Cid at Puerto Morelos and it actually reflected some better than average fishing for some of the anglers this past week. They reported in for 14 days fished that reflected 10 sailfish, 13 dorado, 3 barracuda, 1 wahoo, 3 king mackerel, 1 tuna, 2 bonito 1 amberjack and 4 red snappers.
