Water Conditions:

Flows are at 128 cfs as of 1/1 and have been for a while.
These flows are excellent for wading. Water temps getting colder starting in the high 40's them going to the low 50's in the afternoons. Air temps are in the 50-60's range. Rain this weekend then clearing.

Fishing Conditions and Hatches: Good

There are a few more people sneaking around the Owens than normal. Look for fish hiding in shallow riffles and tailouts. There's a good after noon BWO Hatch.

Recommended Flies:

-NYMPHS-
#18-20 WD-40 in Black or Grey, #18-20 Zebra Midge, #18 Copper John in Green or Black, #18 Pheasant Tail, #16 Prince Nymph and #14-16 Hare's Ear.

-DRIES- #16-18 Hatchmaster BWO, #16-18 Hi-Vis BWO and #18-24 Parachute Adams.
