Crooked River Fishing Report

11-15-2019
Fly and Field Outfitters

Consistent flows on the crooked have kept the fish and the fishers happy, with tons of action on nymphs and the whitefish begging to spawn the river has been hot! The blue wings are still showing up in the shade and dry flies fishing has been decent to exceptional some days. Small dark mayflies and midges will do the trick if you find to trout eating on top. As always Euro nymphing is a great way to catch a ton of fish and recently has been no exception, using small perdigones and sparser patterns has been the ticket.
