Sunny skies and smooth seas and biting fish, thats how this 5 day trip came to a close. Our first stop was on a small kelp that gave up a couple dozen small dorado and yellowtail. It was a good sign that a good kelp could be holding good numbers of fish. An hour later we came upon a decent sized kelp and it all hands on deck, deckhands, captain and the cooks. Small yellowtail were quickly pushed away by tuna. Bruce had them in the corner, it was a good show with tuna jumping out of the water for baits. Dead bait, chunk, for a while a tuna bite was guaranteed. The fish slowly backed off and it was a great end to another Western Sport Shop fishing adventure.
